What are the broker education requirements?
An overall of 180 class hours of Board-approved courses is required. Proof of passing the course and a monitored final assessment are needed for course approval. You need to finish a minimum of 3 courses from the broker-specific courses listed below. Among the 3 should be a 45-classroom hour property brokerage course.
